Outside of the studio, DiDi teaches middle school and high school band, and is working towards getting her doctorate of musical arts in the future. DiDi stresses the importance of movement for her students in the studio, but also to her musicians. She loves challenging her students and making students aware of their own body. However, she’s spent most of her time both taking and teaching aerial yoga classes in recent years. Since then, DiDi has gone on to get certifications in Aerial Yoga, Buti Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Aerial Hammock, Lyra, as well as going further into her certification in yoga. Her goal to to empower, strengthen and challenge all of her students, no matter what the class.Īfter moving back to Cleveland, she was able to dive even deeper into her newfound love for aerial arts. Hopefully to succeed not just in music, but also physically, mentally, and spiritually. After discovering Yoga for All Musicians, she decided to get certified in yoga in hopes of giving her flute students these tools to succeed. ![]() She found the practice and discipline allowed her to breathe better, develop a deeper connection to her body, and built confidence. If you are more than 15 minutes late for class, you will not be permitted into the class.ĭiDi started yoga at the beginning of music school, after her flute teacher recommended it to build better breath support for her instrument. If you have not yet been added to the class, please make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are added to the class and can no longer attend, please give us a 6 hour notice to avoid the late cancellation fee. If you are waitlisted for a class, the late cancellation fee still applies. You will not lose one of your passes if you cancel with less than 6 hour notice you will only be charged the late fee. The late fee is charged in lieu of your class pass. ![]() Aerial Hoop classes with us combine circus fitness with dance based movement. Over time, you'll develop strength and flexibility and we'll get you using muscles you didn't know existed. Students are required to have a credit card on file in case of a late cancellation or no show. Aerial Hoop is fun fitness at its finest and a more exciting alternative to your traditional gym. A $25 fee will automatically be charged for any no shows or cancellations that occur an hour before class time. This policy applies to all students, no exceptions. A $15 fee will automatically be charged for any no shows or cancellations that occur later than 6 hours prior to scheduled class time.
